Which shipping alternatives are available at zynicpouches?

UPS 2nd Day Air

The estimated delivery time for UPS 2nd Day Air is 3 business days after the shipment has been sent. Tracking is included on all parcels. 

UPS SurePost

With Surepost the estimated time for delivery is 4-8 business days after the shipment has been sent. Each shipment contains tracking information. 

UPS Ground

When selecting UPS Ground you can expect delivery within 1-5 business days, counting from the day each shipment leaves the warehouse. The package will require an Adult Signature* upon delivery and is fully traceable during transit.

How can I track my order?

All packages are provided with a tracking number. Once your shipment has been sent, you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking number.

Is there a minimum age to order nicotine pouches?

Yes, you have to be 21+ in order to place an order with nicpockete and your age will be verified as you complete your order. This verification will be done by a third party called AgeChecker in a process that will occur automatically for the address you are registered at. 

I wish to cancel my order, can I?

We will immediately begin processing your order once you have placed it. It is therefore of utmost importance that you reach out to our customer service team at support@zyncigar.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your package has been shipped, your order can no longer be cancelled.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you can place orders as a guest, but we strongly recommend that you do create an account. This is to make sure you can keep track of not only current shipments, but past shipments too!
